Basic shipping is R110.
For fragrances, delivery is FREE for orders above R1000.
Deliveries will be facilitated by our courier service provider. Once a waybill has been created, the courier will contact and you send you the waybill number for your tracking.
Packaging & shipping of your order will take 3-5 BUSINESS days, if there's any delays communication will be sent to you.
MOBILE DEVICES:
Any mobile device purchased from us will have to be returned back in its original packaging alongside the original supplied device within a period of 3 months.
Upon taking delivery, you have 30 days to report any faulty device received, including devices that are faulty as a result of a battery.
Should you encounter problems with your device post the 3 month mark, your return and/or refund will be subject to review. Should there be damage to the device, your refund may not return as 100%. An amount equivalent to the damage will be deducted.
MOBILE ACCESSORIES:
Any mobile device with a battery will have similar return policies to that of a mobile device.
You have 3 months to return a faulty electronic device, alongside its original packaging.
Should the device become faulty post the 3 months, it’s return and/or refund is subject to review.
Non-electronic accessories are not to be returned and/or refunded UNLESS the device was received damaged. It is advisable to check and return the accessory within 48 hours of being delivered to you.
FRAGRANCES:
Fragrances to be returned in original state and unused. The return of an opened and/or used fragrance will not be accepted. Costs associated to returns on fragrances are subject to review as to whether it is our responsibility or that of the customer.
